HI, I've just upgraded to windows 10 and now thunderbird will not connect to AVG email scanner. I have thunderbird set to 127.0.0.1 port 10000 (incoming) to look at an imap account set up in AVG email scanner. But every time thunderbird tells me it cannot connect to my mail server. I have downloaded and am running the latest AVG internet security build 2016.0.7303.
I am also running AVG on a windows 10 tablet, same set up with email scanner but an older 2015 AVG build which works with windows 10 no problem.
So is there a match/fix for this latest build please? Or can anyone suggest using a different port setting?
