Computer at work that has had AVG (Free) on it for a year or more, has stopped allowing emails to be received into Outlook (emails coming from 3 different email providers). It allows outgoing, but few incoming make it through and for the ones that do, the AVG email scanner takes several minutes to process them and allow them through (even emails without attachments).
I'm not aware of any recent changes to the computer regarding OS updates, Outlook updates, or AVG software updates. When the email scanner is turned off, emails come through fine. This is my boss's computer though, and he prefers incoming mail to be scanned. This is a recent issue (began yesterday or today).
Any suggestions on what to check or change?
