AVG Email Shield Alert: "Multiple threats secured" - non-stop all day long

I get this Multiple threats secured screen popping up ever minute all day for last few days. The message is the following:

We've blocked the threat HTML:Url-ionf{Susp} from an incoming email alerts@citibank.com.

HELP!

Please confirm whether you were aware of this sender's email address davidj@capnasystems.com.
Also would like to inform you that it is reported as suspicious and request you to delete it from your email inbox.
If it is a safe email address, please let me know the version of AVG program installed on your Mac system.

Is there a way to see the emails that have been blocked and unblock them if necessary?

Please make sure your AVG is up to date with latest virus definitions. 
Click ☰ Menu ▸ Preferences. Click General tab to see the program version. 

I would also request you to click 'See details' on the threat detection pop up and share a screenshot of it. Refer to steps in the article below to create a screenshot:
