AVG Email shield Blocking Outlook emails

Thank you for your quick reply.   I do not have AVG VPN.   But I do have a separate VPN.  But even with this disabled I still have the issue.   If I turn on email shield,  my email is completely blocked in Outlook.

Hi there,   your next level team got in contact with me,  I thought I would put what the outcome was for other people to know.   This was suggested by your team.    
I have NordVPN installed and it was clashing with AVG Email Shield.  I disabled Threat Protection on NordVPN and now my Email Shield is working again.   AVG Web protection will be doing the same thing anyway.

I have just started having issues AVG Internet Security Email Shield blocking emails in Outlook. If I turn off the email shield then I can receive emails but once turned back on emails are blocked again. I have gone into setting, Email shield and unticked outgoing email, but still the same.   Any other solutions out there.

Could you please confirm whether you connected in VPN? Because When connected to AVG Secure VPN, you may experience problems while trying to send emails from an email client, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Apple Mail (Mac).
