AVG en el celular

Buenos días
Tengo una suscripcion de 2 años con código multidispositivo que funciona de maravillas en la PC y en la netbook pero no asi en el celular. me manifiesta código inválido. 
Entiendo por multidispostivo que este alcanza al celular — No se porque no funciona.
