We request you try following steps and check again:
1)Open AVG AntiVirus and click the Web & Email tile on the main application screen.
2)Click Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of the screen.
3)Click Basic protection ▸ Enhanced Firewall in the left panel.
4)Click on Allow Internet Sharing mode.
Please do try again and let us know if it has worked.

Also AVG Enhanced Firewall is blocking my PC internet connection. I have, several times, selected i trust this network, restarted my PC, tried to reconnect and the AVG Enhanced Firewall will not allow me connection unless i unselect my SECURE VPN
