AVG Error Code 0xC00070643 on Acer 8" Tablet

Hi I have now installed AVG Antivirus Zen on my laptop and Mobile and try to install it on my tablet, but I get this error code: 0xC00070643 every time.
I have tried using "AVG Remove Tool", but nothing helps.
What can I do?

I apologize for the inconvenience  caused.
Mostly this error occur due to someother Antivirus program or previously installed AVG Antivirus program.
Is there any other Antivirus program or AVG program installed on your system?
