I did that and that did not work either.

I am having trouble installing AVG_Internet_Security. I keep getting this error code: 

avg error code 0xc0070643

I have already tried to use the AVG_Remover and AVG_BFEfix. Neither of those tools were able to fix my issue. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

We apologize for the inconvenience. This error can occur if there is another security program installed in your computer. We suggest you to remove any other security program if installed in your computer. And then try to install AVG. Please click on this link to download and run tool to remove any previous installation of AVG running in the background http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SRPolicy.exe

Paid. I am using the AVG_Internet_Security_x64_743.exe installer. Is there something wrong with that installer?
