my problems have gotten complicated… now i am unable to uninstall zen because it says i need to uninstall avg 2014 first… i see that come of the processes are still running in my computers and there is left over data still there. this really impossible. - i used the remover tool not it is NOT removing it

i was able to reinstall zen… but it reads that my protection has expire. but 2014  is out of date and needs to be updated. it cant update due to the connection error. i went to my firewall and allowed the program through but still the error presists

Same here. I kept getting a new version availabe although I already had 2014 FREE. I uninstalled but now I am unable to reinstall, keep getting the same error. Win7 Pro. USA. I'll have to try Avast as I need to be online for the next 7 hours anh I don't like being out there nakid…

i can not get any AVG to uninstall at all  i have AVG AVG 2015 and AVG tuneup  everytime i try it says please wait until program in finished???   i need protection please help ASAP

i just decided to reinstall zen… i guess whenit expires it will disappear? i still see the app when the free trail is done. i don't want to see it in my apps

i did a malbytes scan and no malware was found. and i used the free registry ccleaner … everything seems to be in order it seems to be only a connection issue

okay i'm in  north america - US.  i used the remover tool and the error is now back at the same error.
