After a windows update I am getting an error message 'UI failed to load' followed by 'This is really embarassing AV service is not responding'. Two buttons follow 'exit' and 'Restart Service'. Neither gets me through to the AVG screen. HELP

My screen shot is the same as Nicole's. A restart made no difference

Please follow the steps in this link to resolve this issue. A couple of reboots may be required after you perform the above actions.
