Hi, i appreciate you getting back to me,

However, I think you misunderstood my problem. Once i try to start a mobile hotspot on my win11 with an "AVG-affected" connection, I can connect but remain with no internet connection. The same goes for my android as well as Xbox one.

So, I cannot put my vpn on the xbox. Understandable. But why is it that most vpns can be streamed through win11 mobile hotspot or the router and only AVG vpn cannot?

We understand that you wish to install AVG Secure VPN on XBOX. 
AVG secure VPN can be only installed on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices. As XBOX has a custom OS, our AVG software is not compatible with it. We are sorry to inform you that AVG Secure VPN can not be installed on XBOX. Hope you understand our limitations. Thank you.

Hey guys, 
I've been trying to share my avg vpn to my xbox (since there was a problem with gta online and worked on another pc with a vpn so i decided to get one too). I have watched videos and attempting to share my vpn network from windows 11 to xbox one using an ethernet cable. After failing too many times i have ended up here. Would any of you guys be able to take me through the steps how to add the avg vpn (ultimate) to my xbox one s?

While the functionality you mentioned is becoming more popular in the industry, for the time being, we are not planning on implementing it.

AVG Secure VPN can only be installed on Windows, Mac, Android, or iOS.
XBOX One has a custom OS, and our software is not compatible with it.
Hence you can't install it on the router also.

We'd like to clarify that the protection over a network from a device can't be shared with another device. In order to protect the device, we may need to install the program on the respective device. 
Currently Secure VPN is compatible with Windows, MAC, Android & iOS.
