Thank you for choosing AVG but I regret to hear that you are experiencing issues with installing it. Please provide us with a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the error message that you are receiving. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Please remove if you have any conflicting anti virus applications and then try to install AVG.

ive bought a new laptop and went to install avg free version it gets to about 24% then states its failed due to an error
have tried a couple of times but same thing happens
any advice?
