Hello James,
We would like to inform you that false positives may appear from time to time with any antivirus software as a result of new virus definitions added to the program's database. Please make sure that you're having the latest version of AVG Internet Security installed on your device.
Please note that if a legit website are marked as malicious by AVG, we always recommend our customers to submit a sample in AVG Whitelisting form using this link. Eventually, you can try adding the website in the exceptions list as mentioned in this article.
Thank you.

2 nights ago AVG came up saying a website sign in Firestorm-Release64.exe is infected with the virus IDP.ALEXA.51 when I tried to sign in. AVG because of the threat AVG prevented me from signing in. I was able to get a hold of Firestorm support and they said it was a false positive. They had no reports of anyone else having a virus preventing them from signing in. That website sign in is used by thousands of people to get into their site. Who can I report this issue to of a false positive on a virus and how do I remove the AVG block on that website so I get in. Thank you
