AVG False Positive Report URL Doesn't Work!

Today Oct 20, 2023 I tried several times reporting the file as a false positive via this link:

False Positive File Form

Whenever I click 'Submit', however, I get a message that reads:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.avg.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form" on this server.

So, I'm curious to know: how am I supposed to submit a 'false positive' report to have it investigated and potentially white-listed?
