AVG Family Safety cannot login

Brad I just bought Family Safety today and I'm having the same issue! I can login on the site but it's saying invalid when I try to login to the actual software. I am very frustrated and not impressed, considering I just paid $49 for this and it's not even working.

Hi all,
For help on this please try change password to something new unused it might trigger synchronization with Family Safety.
In case you want refund I can issue it for you just let me know.

I've tried and tried and I've installed the AVG Family Safety and I cannot login on my PC (Note I can successfully login via the Web AVG MyAccount with the same user id (email) and password.)

Installed the program for the first time and can't even login.  Not a great first impression!

Any tips?
