We are a small charity with an IT suite that is used by the public, and we have AVG Family Safety on all our public computers. I have tried to log in to our account on the computers today, but was told my password was incorrect. I haven't changed the password, and can log in to my AVG Family Safety account via the AVG website using the same password, so it is obviously correct.

We had this problem some months ago and AVG told us it was a fault their end. It is very frustrating that we can't access the programme. Can anyone advise us what to do please as I can't find a general email/telephone contact to get help and support with this product.
