I turned on a computer I haven't actively used in over a year and discovered it will not connect to the internet. While I was working on the issue, I decided to remove products I am no longer using, such as AVG Family Safety - however, I cannot remember the Family Safety password and it will not let me uninstall the product. Resetting the main account password does nothing - it doesn't seem to be attached to the Family Safety password.
