AVG Family Safety pasword works no longer

Hi Sascha,
Please try change password for AVG MyAccount to something new (unused before) it should be synchronized to AVG Family Safety.

We have AVG Family safety running on Windows 7 for 2 years now. All of a sudden the pasword for the family safety application is no longer recognized, even while logged into the AVG My Account with a valid pasword. I saw others seem to have the same problem, so I take the issue lies on AVG's side? I can't even find a link for a pasword reset for AVG Family Safety.
