AVG Family safety is now a discontinued product from AVG. As a result, my login to AVG Family safety has been rendered inactive. I am attempting to unintall the product - but because of the account inactive flag - I am unable to proceed with the normal removal method. Other postings on this forum indicate that removal instructions are available - to be sent via AVG support to a person's email. The instructions are not posted in any public web site or forum so that no unauthorized person (family remember) can remove AVG family safety and thereby circumvent desired protections for a household.
Please send along the manual removal instructions - via email - as soon as possible; thank you.
