Unfortunately I am unable to try my old password because it is forgotten. I created the new password after using the "forgot password" procedure and receiving the reset password email.

I have changed my password on myaccount.avg.com but now cannot log into the service from my desktop. When I try, I get the following: Login Failed Invalid Username or Password.
