AVG Family Safety won't accept my password

Alan, that may be, but the point is that I've been trying to get someone to solve this issue for a week now.  I've talked with two people on the phone and received two "fixes" (which didn't work) via e-mail.  It doesn't matter what time zone Tech Support is in; I've been unable to make changes to my account for over a week.  That's surely enough time for someone to correct the issue, regardless of what time zone he's in.

I am having precisely the same issue as Deborah above and would appreciate assistance from any source.

For the past week, AVG Family Safety will not let me log in to my account to change user settings.  It tells me I have an invalid password, even though I know I am using the correct one.  I even did the "change my password" routine, only to have the same result.  I called tech support and was told that they were having "on-going issues" with this.  I was given a diagnostic program to run, and was then given instructions on how to do a "winsock reset".  I'm still having the same problem.  I have sent two e-mails to tech support telling them their solutions haven't worked.  I've been waiting for three days with no response.  My daughter is unable to use her account until this problem is fixed; I'm very unimpressed.
