AVG Family Safety: "your account is inactive"

Hello,
   I have AVG Family Safety, but when I tried to login today (to add a website for one of my children), I got, "We're sorry, but your account is inactive.".  I assumed something was wrong, but I verified that on 11/22/2014, I purchased AVG Internet Security (thinking it included AVG Family Safety).  I realized today that I probably never did the Download after the purchase, so I did that today, thinking that would solve the problem.  Also, when I logged on to myaccount.avg.com, I see "You don't have any Subscriptions", even after doing the Download today, and Order History shows my purchase in Nov.  Do I need to purchase AVG Family Safety separately?  I did not see a way to do so today.
How do I get my AVG Family Safety application to let me use it?
