Let's have a look into this together.
Please disable AVG temporarily and check if that fixes the issue. To disable: Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable it.
If you are able to access the application, please open your program > Menu > Settings > Components. Disable each component and check which one is causing the issue.

Recently my computer upgraded my computer to the latest AVG 2019 and not most of the time my Family Tree Maker 2017 refuses to login in to the Ancestry website. I never had a problem before so something has changed.
Can it be fixed please.
