AVG File Shredder disappeared from context menu on recycle bin

Hello Mark,
Please follow the instructions provided below to display the AVG Shredder on your PC :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp.
2. Click on Intergration.
3. In the right side panel check the checkbox 'Show Shredder in the context menu of files and folders'.
4. Click Ok to save changes.

After Win 10 did a big update the other night I noticed that the AVG File Shredder had disappeared off the recycle bin context menu. I have AVG Internet Security and PCTuneUp. The TuneUp undelete however is still on the recycle bin context menu. Is there anyway to get that back?

Mark, we are glad to hear that you got back the option after performing the update and confirming that you are using the 2016 version but we request you to take the screenshot of the AVG program version window and the right click option on Recycle bin that has the "File Shredder" option and provide it to us.
If you aren't sure on how to take a screenshot please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV and attach the image to this post.

Just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Mark,
Thank you for the information. We see that you have AVG Ultimate multidevice subscription in which you will have both AVG PC Tuneup and AVG Internet Security. Shredder is included in both AVG PC Tuneup and AVG Internet Security. It could be a glitch that it disappeared from the context menu of Recycle bin. Hope you will not have any further issues with it. Appreciate your understanding, thank you.

Hello Mark,
Please be informed that the files you delete using the AVG shredder will be removed from your PC directly and will not be moved on to the recycle bin. So it is not required to create a temporary folder to store the data's to be deleted.
Thank you.

Well, okay. I don't know why it was there the day before yesterday. I guess I will just have to create a directory called \fakerecyclebin and dump stuff I need deleted into there and then right click on stuff to secure delete it until I can find another product to do the job.

Thank you so much for providing the screenshots as requested.
Could you please confirm whether you have followed the instructions provided by Kishore in his first post to enable the option to "Show Shredder" of AVG PC TuneUp on the context menu of files and folders?

Thanks for your quick response. I may have not been clear. I already see the shredder in the context menu for files and folders. Until this update it also used to be an option when I right clicked on the recycle bin. Normally after I have some files accumulated in the recycle bin I just right click on it and use the AVG file shredder to empty the recycle bin. Now that functionality is missing. I have tried the fixes suggested but that did nothing for the recycle bin.
