We can certainly take a look into this. Could you share a screenshot of the sample file (which has been intermittent by AVG) to proceed further?
Also let us know if you have AVG PC TuneUp/AVG Antivirus Free/AVG Internet Security on your computer. If AVG Antivirus Free/AVG Internet Security then let us know the version of it ( AVG Protection > Menu/option > about ) to assist you further.

AVG file shredder leaves behind files (intermittent)   that cannot be deleted even with admin account.  Windows10 fully updated.
