AVG Fire wall blocking TCP/IP commuications

Hello Robert,

Let us make a change in the AVG firewall settings and see if it helps.
Open AVG Internet Security program interface.
Click on "Hacker Attacks" and "Firewall Options".
Select "Network Profiles" and see whether your network connection's profile is set as "Private".
If not, change it to private and check the status.

Our license server, which runs as a service on WINDOWS 10, must open 2 ports, one to listen and the other to send packets. This license server has been flagged as an exception in the AVG fire wall, but is still blocked. When I deactivate the AVG fire wall, which triggers the standard WINDOWS 10 fire wall to be enabled, the license server is abled to communicate properly using TCP/IP with the two designated ports. How do I set exceptions for a WINDOWS 10 service?
