Hi Rade,
What is current status, were you able to solve it or do you still need our assistance?
Thanks
Rade, to clarify, your AVG 2015 recently updated to build 5557, is that correct? In that case the first thing I would try is Repair:
| AVG (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en_US&urlname=How-to-repair-AVG)
I had to repair even though I don't use AVG's firewall. Please post back if that solves the problem because other users are having firewall issues. Resetting the firewall to default might also be worth trying. A last resort would be reinstalling build 5315 and disabling program updates until AVG announces a solution.
Rade, Note that apart from BlackBerry BBLink devices now supported there were other firewall changes listed when updating to IS version 5557.

Thank you, the fix suggested (repair) worked to fix the Windows 7 machine. The Windows 8.1 machine is still acting up, but I will try the rest of the fixes in the next 24 hours, standby. To confirm, this did start when the machine self-updated to version 5557. It seems there was some kind of bug in the update process, for whatever that is worth. I will revert ont eh Windows 8.1 machine tomorrow.
Hi Rade,
I am happy to see that your issue is resolved.
Thanks for posting back.
AVG Firewall 2015 blocking all applications after routine update. Happening on 2 of my 4 computers. I can use everything if I disable firewall, but when re-enabled all websites show a cannot connect error. Happens in all browsers, not just IE. Also blocks other web applications. If I go in advanced settings it is on "Automatic", but if I look in list of allowed programs only AVG programs are showed as allowed. AVG 2015 installed for about 2 months with no problem, issue started after a recent update. One computer is on Windows 8.1, the other on Windows 7.

Rade, Should have read no other firewall changes listed.

I have now used the repair tool on my Windows 8.1 machine and the firewall is working fine again. Since this bug affected two of my four machines I do not think it was an error I made. There was something odd about update 5557. You should try to debug that and see if you can discover the issue. You can now close this thread. Thank you for your prompt attention.
Hi, my apologies for the typo. It was 5577 that is on the machines now. Of course, if you released an interim update like 5565 that was bad and them immediately corrected it I may not have noticed that, and maybe my other two computers that did not have a problerm did not pick up the update with a bug as quickly. It seems that Repair undid whatever was causing the block of all applications to the internet and now both corrupted computers are working fine on version 5577 (as are the two that never had a problem). This all started when an update came out and requested a reboot (maybe 2 weeks ago???), then I did that and 2 of 4 machines would not access the internet. Looks like it is ok now.
Thanks for your patience, your customer service is excellent, hope you find whatever the bug was here.
