I just updated my avg software and now i can't find the avg firewall in AVG ZEN

I understand your concern and in this case please try to repair the AVG Protection part. To Repair the AVG Protection, please follow the below process.
Start->control panel->programs(Uninstall a program)-> select AVG Protection and click on repair option.
