AVG firewall blocking all access

I have a Dell Latitude E6420 with Windowx 10 Professional 64 bit. About a month ago I suddently could no longer connect via WiFi. I thought it was a hardware problem, but then I turned off my firewall and suddenly I could connect. I updated my AVG virus protection and the WiFi connection problem went away.
I just did the most recent Windows 10 upgrade and it's doing it again. Only this time it doesn't go away after I turn off the firewalll and update the software.
On the other hand, it's not doing it with my Lenovo Ideapad running Windows 10 64 bit.
So what do I do?
Here is my AVG info:

You are most welcome, Steve.
Thank you for following the instructions and glad know that your issue got fixed.
