AVG Firewall blocking my SQL Developer connectivity

We're here to help. Please go to Firewall settings in AVG Internet Security, enable 'Internet connection sharing' and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi, i am having issuing connecting to SQL developer for my local oracle installation. If i switch of the AVG firewall, then it worked OK. 
I have tried to configure the Network Profile packet rules component by specifying the port as allowed port, but no luck. 
I may be not doing correctly.
Due to this issue, i am not able to work in SQL developer
Please advise me
