Avg firewall cannot start due to corrupted configuration

Hi,

I use Windows 10 64 Bit and today my AVG says "avg firewall cannot start due to corrupted configuration" and despite trying to fix it by resetting it to default nothing happens or changes.

I've followed previous advice on this forum by using the AVG Remover Tool, cleaning the registry, restarting and then deleting the remover tool. Then I reinstall AVG from the download site and the problem of the Firewall remains.

Everything else works fine. Just the firewall has a problem.

Please advise.
