AVG Firewall Driver causing random BSOD for BAD_POOL_CALLER

I had another BSOD on 11/29/2018. It pointed to avgnetsec.sys as well but got a different error. This error was IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have attached a screenshot. I have saved the dump for this error in case you need it in addition to the previous dump for BAD_POOL_CALLER.

I'm sorry for the confusion. You said "glad to know that the issue doesn't appear.
If you happen to see this again, do contact us immediately." I took that to mean you thought the issue was solved and to contact you if it happened again.

I have followed the instructions on the email you sent. Here is the screenshot of the AVG version:

I have a full dump from one of the blus screen events but it's 15.9gb. If you need it, or anything else to help in your investigation, please let me know and I will get it to you.

Thank you so much for your help!

I did as suggested. I used the remover to uninstall AVG and then reinstalled. The day passed and part of the next and I thought it had worked. However, I got another blue screen late yesterday. I hope you have more suggestions for me to try.

Thank you,

Jerry

Hello Jerry,
That's unfortunate, we will work together to fix it. I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall AVG product to check if that helps.
Please uninstall AVG products using Clear and remover tool: https://www.avg.com/en-us/avg-remover and reinstall your AVG products from our official website: https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files .
We recommend you to monitor the situation and let us know if the issue persists, we will escalate it to concern team for further assistance.

Yes, I did read it. It will be necessary for us to analyze the logs as the BSOD occurs intermittently.
Hence, sent an email with instruction on how to send us the logs.
Open AVG Internet Security interface. Click on "Menu–>About" and provide the screenshot of version window here.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Yes, Jerry.
We do need the mini dump file to analyze the issue. We've sent email with instructions to upload it. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

Jerry, on 19th Nov 2018, we've sent an email containing instructions to upload the minidump files. Please follow those steps and send us the dump to assist you further.

Jerry, glad to know that the issue doesn't appear.
If you happen to see this again, do contact us immediately.

I don't think you understand. The issue was NEVER about being able to boot. It is random BSODs. Please read the original post above.
