AVG Firewall still blocking Whitelisted IP address

Many thanks for your suggestion. I tried opening up the SAA website first thing this morning and it froze on me. I then uninstalled Malwarebytes, restarted my PC, opened upSAA and was so surprised that it opened up straight away! I was amazed!!! I then noticed that my PC was so much faster.

I shall now leave things as they are - no Malwarebytes. They did send me some tests to do. It was so complicated, I got confused and felt I was wasting my time. I had other things to do.

I'm getting really peed of with AVG Firewall. I have been using AVG for many, many years and have been trying to phone or email AVG, but they seem to have removed this support.

I have a paid AVG installed, but for the last 2 weeks, I have been unable to open a particular website that I use a lot - http://www.saa.co.uk (http://www.saa.co.uk" target="_blank) - and I have followed all the suggestions in Support, i.e., Export Mode ect, ect, Added IP address, restart my PC and I can open the site. Leave it for an hour or two, close down, or do anything, but the problem comes back.

I kept thinking it was a problem with my PC, Packard Bell, 32 bit, Win 7 HP, but I've tried it out on my laptop, 64bit, Win 7 HP and it works fine on there, Tried it on my Android Tablet, with no problem there. I have run Malwarebytes, Spybot and CCleaner.

As I paid for this version, I am considering leaving and asking for  a rebate on my 6 month old payment.

As I have said, I have been with AVG from myearly days on the internet and find that there is something wrong with a company that hides itself on the net.

A very disgruntled old, in both senses, customer.

(I have selected 'AVG Performance' because there is no option for Firewall Protectio/Issues)
