Avg firewall stopped

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to click on Firewall component on AVG dashboard and select the option as "Reset to default" and then restart your PC once and then check for the Firewall status.

my avg firewall has stopped. the firewall column says firewall stopped. pls help
