I installed free AVG antivirus on my Samsung Android phone. It has now been locked when I upgraded the SIM and is now expecting a PIN to unlock my phone. I had not set up any PIN after my free download so had not expected this to happen. I had been using this phone for regular contact with a hospital where my Father is very ill with multiple medical conditions. Very worried having spent numerous hours Googling advice, watching Youtube videos but to no effect. Please help. I would be most grateful.
