AVG for Free version 22.10.3258 (build 22.10.7633.752) began breaking SSL with Wells Fargo & Chase

Hi,
Thanks for your response, I went through the steps of using the clear tool, then installed AVG Internet Security, even though that was not the product I had installed, which was AVG for Free.
Once the clear tool finished, and I had installed AVG Internet Security with the defaults, there didn't seem to be any issue on Chrome with SSL to the bank portals I was having issues with before.  I ran the clear tool once again, and once again after I rebooted, and reinstalled AVG for FREE I am no longer having the issues on Chrome with SSL to the bank portals I was having issues with before, even with HTTP SCANNING enabled.
This seems to have "solved" the issue I was having, and thank you for your assistance and attention to this matter.

Only on Chrome. Edge SSL connectivity not effected.  Wells Fargo and Chase webpages say they're not protected by SSL, 5 other online bank portals are protected by SSL.   Edge SSL connectivy still good for Wells and Chase and all other.  The is a Chrome only issue.

Reset chrome, dumped cache, and all that jazz TWICE, before realized it was AVG that was causing the issues. Drilled down into it's "Web Shield" disabled the "Enable Http Scanning", and SSL is working again on the effected websites.

Deprecating the security in AVG is the only entry that AVG has for this SSL problem.
Been using AVG so long the thought of having to find a new AV solution is daunting, but don't feel comfortable running this with one of the major components deprecated.

Same thing still happens with the ssl on chrome for wellsfargo.com and chase.com after reboot, when HTTP SCANNING is enabled.

This just started happening out of the blue yesterday.
