Tried to upgrade from avg free 2014 to 2015 but, after deleting 2014, 2015 won't initialise. Msg says -
error code: 0xC0070643
msg: General internal error
MSI engine failed to initialise the package
@AVGMSI_Error 27054
Does this mean my pc is at fault (still running XP, I'm afraid) or is there anything I can do?
