We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please be informed that from latest update the AVG Free program has the additional Zen feature which helps you to manage your other PC's as administrator.
Also it is to keep you informed that the previous version of the AVG Free program without the AVG Zen version is no available for the download.
You might have installed the trial version of the AVG PC TuneUp program and it might have expired and that's the reason you might have received the expiry message from the AVG PC TuneUp program.
We kindly request you to follow the instructions on the article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reinstall-AVG to reinstall all the traces of the AVG program and check whether it resolves the issue.
Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.

First I don't know alot about computers. With that being said, the latest update avg free did on my computer last week changed everything I loved about my Avg Free antivius. I had Avg free 2015 with pc tune up (Fantastic). Now, somehow, I have Avg zen and my tune up keeps saying expired. This version is yuck. I liked what I had. I tried disabling avg and reinstalling avg free 2015 and it keeps saying not compatible with this version, what… Can someone help me? PLEASE. I loved what I had not what I have now.
