Due to recent update with our AVG programs, we made this changes and gathering recommendations from our valuable customers like you. Unfortunately, we do not have this option in our latest version but it may get fixed in the future updates. Thank you for your understanding.
I'm not sure why AVG changed the screens. In 2016 and older you could get to the scan results by going to the options tab then History.
Where is it hidden in 2017. I'm running Windows 10.
