I ran AVG Clear 3 times - received the "blue error" screen twice. I appeard to go through the whole process once (I didn't watch it the entire time) once but did not uninstall it - it's still there.

I have a paid subscription for AVG Tune Up and also downloaded the free AVG AntiVirus program. The AntiVirus program ran once and now will not run again also I cannot uninstall it. Every time I try to install it I get a blue screen telling me there is a problem and my computer has to be restarted.
