As you will maybe appreciate from my previous posting I am not great on a computer.
I received an email from AVG about a week ago which I did not recognise asking "are you still with us?"
I did not click on the link but now realise that it's a genuine email.
I activated the link today but the definitions have not been updated for 6 days now and are still not updating…
I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice advice that a novice can follow.
