After I installed AVG Zen free antivirus on my new computer I had it run a scan on the whole computer. After 2 days the status report shows it remains stuck at 2%. The dashboard indicates it is still scanning but it never gets done. It just says it is currently scanning Rootkits. But I get green indicators for 'protected.'
I have never used this product before. Any advice will be welcome.
