Is your computer remains ON when the scan is scheduled?
The scheduled scan will run only if the computer is on the scheduled time otherwise it will skip the scan.
If you have the computer ON but the scan does not start at the scheduled time please try the below articles to repair your AVG Antivirus free once check on the issue.

I am running a laptop using Windows 11 Pro 64 bit.
I have AVG Free Antivirus installed and set up a scheduled Quickscan to run every day. However, the scan isn't happening. If I alter the time to check it out, it runs the first time, but next day, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Hi,
Even after repairing the installation, the schedules scan fails to run. The first scan always seems to run, but the following day, it fails. The PC is on at the right time.
Any suggestions?

The computer is on at the specified time.
I can't access the articles yet, as I am getting the "We'l be right back" screen. Howeveer, I have repaired the installtion just now, from hte Apps setting on my laptop, and will revert tomorrow, once we can see wheter this has worked.
