AVG Antivirus FREE is listed under Programs and Features but clicking on Change or Uninstall does nothing.
avgsetupuix is not listed in the Antivirus folder.

We could not view the screenshots you provided. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions to upload them again.

Let us know whether AVG is listed under Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall. 

If so, go to c: drive -> Program Files (x86) -> AVG -> Antivirus -> double click on avgsetupuix and check whether it launches your AVG program.

I've carried out your instructions; ran AVG Remover twice then installed using the link you provided but AVG will still not launch (please see attached screenshot).User-added image
