When I open the main screen of the AVG cleaner and click the "Cache" button in the middle of the other 4 buttons it brings up a list of programs that the cache needs cleaning. When I click the blue button says "clear all cache" with the MB next to it, another screen comes up and at the top it says "Tap to allow" and it has a finger pointing to another message that says "AVG cleaner off".
No matter how many times I tap it or where I tap it (and believe me, I've tried talking it all over the place) it will not clean the cache and it just seems to keep building up more and more!
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??? This is now beyond frustrating!!! PLEASE HELP ME!
