I have AVG Antivirus 18.4.3056 installed on my pc and that too happened without my knowledge somehow. I tried uninstalling it in various ways. There is no uninstall file. I tried AVG remover tool and AVG Antivirus Clear. The remover tool doesn't detect the product while the antivirus clear doesn't even get started. When I try to delete the file, it asks for administrative permission, which I have but it still asks. So I'm totally helpless here. Please advise a solution for this.

We will help you sort this out. I request you to reboot your computer in safe mode, go to control panel > program and features > select AVG program and uninstall it. After that, you can also go to the file location manually and delete them.
