AVG Free does not work on my Windows 7 Laptop anymore.Uninstalling and reinstalling does not change it. How can I attach the Jpeg Image of the Snipshot I took. The Image symbol wants me to give them a URL'

I understand your difficulties. Have you used AVG Clear and remover tool to uninstall AVG? Please try to attach a screenshot using that Image Symbol, you should get an option to upload files from your device.
