AVG Free doesn't run on Windows 10

Good Day ;

I tried to install on my computer (Windows 10) AVG Free version, but installation stops and gives me the follow error code:
+0xc0070643

Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST,NORTON or KASPERSKY means please try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the simple steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link:  http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.

Did you get the message as "Description: event exec finished" along with this code 0xC0070643?
Do you have any other third party antivirus installed on your PC?

I have just downloaded AVG remover tool to remove the files but I have still same problem after downloaded the AVG from this link: Download Free Antivirus Software for PC | AVG Virus Protection

Error message is a general error (0x0643) error code 0xC0070643.

I saved the file log and if it could be useful this is the last string:

I haven't any other third party antivirus installed. 

The only change I made on my computer was switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
