Sorry, back to the sameporblem even with the updated - Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10547. Same installation error and same results. Was there any update to this in the meantime? Ran the AVG Reset Access tool with the same results. Any ideas?

Thank you.

Ran it, will check the rest. By the way, is it now Zen installation what needs to be installed. Is that just a new name or some kind of multi device management program as well?

The same issue happened follwing this porcedure. Will follow emailed steps at this point. Appreciate your support.

Appreciate your willingness to help resolving this, but I won't allow full admin access to the machine just for a free product that I can replace with another free product that might work. You support people obviously do not understand that I won't click on OK or Yes to allow them that level of permissions and when I offered to give them shared access to the screen and I would run commands, they were most likely confused. Appreciate once again your willingness to support your product.

Hi Vladimir,
I will help you with the issue,
I have sent an email regarding this issue,
Please follow the email instructions
Thank you.

Tried both. Note that I am running Windows 10 Home, Eval copy build 10532 that have been installed 3 days ago. It was update from previous Windows 10 as well, but after the Windows upgrade, my email protection was failing, so repair didn't work nor updates. After removal - several times with 2 different tools, no success.
