i have used avg free for android for many years on my Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 phone but lately when the phone is charging for some reason AVG free crashes, freezes and stops working and when I check it has stopped the phone charging up properly and the battery is extremely hot. Have tried contacting AVG for help but as it is free edition they don't seem to want to know or help.
i have tried uninstalling and reinstaling AVG free and this has been happening for the last few updates.
i would be grateful to anyone in the community who has any suggestions to help with or fix the issue.
